The new Futures Range from Marsden is now available.
The first product available is the Marsden 200 High Capacity Chair Scale with BMI. A first for the UK market with seat base dimensions of 530mm x 460mm and offering a 300kg capacity option it is truly unique.
The stylish frame has been redesigned to provide the maximum width possible to fit through a standard door frame whilst providing a wider wheel base for increased stability. The hinged footrests and armrests provide for improved comfort and easier patient transfer whilst the DP-3800 indicator (fitted as standard) provides simple functionality including dual displays to simultaneously provide weight, height and BMI readings. The indicator offers internal rechargeable batteries providing 80 hours continuous weighing without re-charging along with a hold of weight feature and a data out port for connection to the Marsden TP-2100 printer. An AC adaptor/charger is supplied as standard with the scale.
With scale graduations of 50g up to 150kg and 100g over 150kg and two capacities – 250kg and 300kg – it can be used in any environment, from paediatric to bariatric and is the ideal chair scale to provide a standard product throughout any hospital or Trust.
