What is the M-925?
The Marsden M-925 is a wide weighing platform designed to weigh patients in beds or on trolleys. The low profile platform has built in ramps and a very shallow incline making it easy to push the trolley or bed onto the scale.
What is a Class III Approved scale?
Class III Approved medical weighing scales are legal for monitoring, treatment and diagnosis of patients. A Class III scale will undergo thousands of tests to ensure it's reliable, accurate and provides repeatable readings. Non approved weighing scales do not undergo the same level of testing. Class III Approved weighing scales can be identified by an 'M' logo, usually found on the scale's data plate.
Who uses the M-925?
The M-925 is ideal for use in accident and emergency departments.
A low profile platform means trolleys or beds can be easily wheeled onto the M-925 to get a weight for a patient who cannot stand. It's most commonly used when a patient is admitted to hospital and means an instant weight can be obtained. Adding the optional printer means a hard copy of the weight reading can be printed.
The Tare and Preset Tare functions can be used to easily remove the weight of the bed or trolley from the reading, leaving just the weight for your patient on the display.
Why should I choose the M-925?
With a choice base sizes, the M-925 can accommodate almost any hospital trolley or bed.
The intuitive indicator has a full numeric keypad for easy BMI calculation, with two LCD screens so that readings are clear. Choose the optional indicator wall bracket for eye-level readings.
The scale has optional Bluetooth or Wifi connectivity, allowing it to be set up to transfer patient weight and BMI data to a central database. Please contact us for more information about these options.
