What is the M-110?
The Marsden M-110 is a Class III Approved column scale. This premium medical scale is fitted with a digital height measure, meaning weight, height and BMI can all be measured in one place, with one scale.
Due to its high accuracy, this column scale is most commonly used on hospital wards and in outpatient departments.
Why should I choose a column scale over a floor scale?
Column scales are more convenient solutions for weighing patients, since the indicator is mounted on a column and therefore the weight readings is easier to see.
Column scales can be fitted with height measures - in the case of this M-110, a digital height measure means you can measure a patient’s weight, height and BMI. Column scales also can be fitted with a printer for a hard copy of patient records.
While column scales are typically a more permanent fixture in a hospital, the M-110 is fitted with wheels for easier moving from room to room.
Who uses the M-110 with digital height measure?
A portable column scale with fitted wheels, the M-110 can calculate height and BMI quickly and easily - ideal for GP surgeries and clinics. The scale is suitable for weighing almost any patient with a large 250kg capacity and with high accuracy it is suitable for hospital wards and Outpatients departments.
What other features does this M-110 have?
The M-110 comes with the Marsden 4 Year Warranty.
The two digital displays on the M-110's indicator mean patient weight is displayed big and clear, with height and BMI readings showing on the second screen. Rechargeable battery provides upto 55 hours’ use.
The height measure that comes with this scale has a digital display of the patient’s height.
Optional Bluetooth or Wifi connectivity means these column scales can be set up to wirelessly send weight, height and BMI data to central databases. USB connectivity is also available - for more information about transferring patient weight, height and BMI data from the scale please call us.
