The BW Series laboratory balance is one of the large balances in the Shimadzu range with a pan size of 345mm x 250mm. It also has higher capacities, with a capacity as high as 52kg available.
Accuracy is 0.1g or 1, depending on the option you choose from the drop-down menu above. UniBloc single cell technology ensures weight readings are highly accurate and reliable.
The BW Series, like all the Shimadzu balances in the Marsden range, comes with WindowsDirect software. This allows you to send weight information from the balance to your PC simply by pressing ‘Print.’ No additional software is required, just an I/O to RS-232 cable.
Choose the BW for highly accurate precision weighing in the paint, chemical and pharmaceutical industries. This scale has a choice of capacities and graduations, to 0.1g, with capacities upto 52kg.
This balance features UniBloc single cell technology for reliable, high precision weighing, and internal calibration means your balance scale will stay reliably accurate for many years to come. Calibration reports can also be created, with date and time, and these can be output via the RS-232.
Different weighing modes can be selected when using the BW - this means you can choose the ideal weighing mode depending on what you’re using the scale for, and the environment. The BW has a full range Tare, and the Hi/Go/Lo function means target weights can be selected to help you get the exact measurement you need. The display shows when you have reached your target weight.
