The BX and BW Series, with a 345mm x 250mm pan size, are the largest of the balance scales in our Shimadzu range. They also have higher capacities, with a capacity as high as 52kg available.
For this particular balance, accuracy is 0.1g or 1, depending on the option you choose from the drop-down menu above. UniBloc single cell technology ensures weight readings are highly accurate and reliable.
All Shimadzu balances in our range come with WindowsDirect software. This allows you to send weight information from the balance to your PC simply by pressing ‘Print.’ No additional software is required, just an I/O to RS-232 cable.
The Ho/Go/Lo feature allows you to set target weights, setting an upper and lower weight limit. The display will indicate whether the scale is within range or out of it. You can also choose one of two checkweighing bar graph display modes, and the results can be output to your PC. The balance also has a Piece Counting function, for counting out multiple identical items instantly. This makes this balance perfect for pharmacies.
