A column scale has its indicator mounted on a column, which means the weight reading is much closer to the user and therefore easier to read and control - no more bending down for operation.
This column scale can be fitted with a height measure. It allows you to take a weight reading at the same time as measuring a patient’s height. You can then input the height reading using the scale’s full numeric keypad.
Additionally, a column scale like the M-110 can be fitted with a printer (this can be mounted on a bracket which affixes to the column) for printing weight, height and BMI.
Add a height measure to your column scale to quickly and accurately calculate BMI.
The cheapest option is the manual height measure. You need to reposition this height measure to get an accurate reading.
The automatic height measure is the best fit for this scale. It automatically calculates height and sends it to the M-110 for automatic BMI calculation.
The digital height measure is the final option. It is manually controlled but has a digital display to remove human error from the calculation.
As a portable column scale with fitted wheels, the M-110 is perfect for GP surgeries and clinics. Nurses in Outpatient departments can benefit from the scale taking up limited room as well as its easy to use weighing functions. The 250kg capacity means it is suitable for almost any patient.

The scale is powered by an internal rechargeable battery which provides up to 40 hours of continuous use. Wheels are fitted to the base of the column for moving the scale from room to room.
Two displays on the M-110's indicator mean that the patient's weight is displayed big and clear, with height and BMI readings showing on the second screen. To make BMI calculation even easier, choose one of the optional height measures.
