The key feature of the Marsden M-400-80D baby scale is a removable tray to allow for weighing toddlers as well as baby. It also features a digital height rod for checking a baby's length at the same time as weighing them.
Class III Approved baby scale are among the most accurate scales are they need to meet a specific standard. This is set by the NAWI directive and states scales used in a medical settings must be Class III Approved. An EU notified body rigorously tests Approved scales, to ensure they deliver a minimum level of accuracy and reliability.
Additionally, the M-400-80D, along with the Marsden M-400, M-410, M-420 and M-430, is MDD Approved. This means it meets the requirements set out by the Medical Devices Directive (MDD 93/42/EEC) for medical devices intended to be used for the purpose of monitoring, diagnosis and medical treatment.
The M-400-80D is a highly accurate Class III Approved baby scale, with 5g<10kg>10g graduations and a 20kg capacity. Choose the M-400-80D if you need a portable, precision baby scale that can give you a baby’s height reading as well as their weight.
The scale has a Tare function to remove any unwanted weight., while the Hold function will stabilise the weight reading on the display. It is lightweight, portable and powered by 6x AA batteries.
Bluetooth connectivity is available if wish to send weight information wirelessly from the scale to a database, and Wi-Fi is also available - please contact us for more information if you wish to choose this option. Marsden does not provide software for receiving weight data from your scale.
An optional carry case can also be purchased for transporting the scale. This baby scale is covered by the Marsden 8 Year Warranty.
