Marsden PT-450 Waterproof Pallet Truck Scale

The PT-450 is Marsden’s IP68 rated pallet truck scale. The IP rating refers to the scale’s protection against water and dust. The first digit (e.g. ‘6’) refers to protection against dust; the second digit (e.g. ‘8’) is protection against water and other liquids. IP65 scales are protected against moisture when they are wiped down with a damp cloth. IP67 rated scales are splashproof, protected against moisture and can be washed down. If a scale is IP68 rated, like the PT-450, it is fully waterproof and can still provide accurate weight readings in the most punishing environments.

The internal rechargeable battery will provide 40 hours of continuous use between charges, with a mains lead for charging safely stored away in a watertight compartment at the front of the scale. The scale will auto power-off after a set period (which can be defined by the user) to save battery power.
