Marsden Weighing Group joins Lagercrantz in MedTech acquisition

We are delighted to announce that Marsden Weighing Group has become part of leading technology group, Lagercrantz, who share our vision for continuous development.

On June 17, Lagercrantz acquired 100% of the shares in Marsden Weighing Machine Group Limited in the UK. With 100 years of expertise and a long-standing relationship with the UK’s National Health Service, we are recognised as being a trusted and innovative provider of ISO-certified weighing equipment and related services. Our valued customers include hospitals, community healthcare teams, GP practices and care homes, as well as industrial customers and veterinary practices.

Marsden is now part of Lagercrantz’s TecSec division. The acquisition is expected to generate a small positive contribution to Lagercrantz Group's earnings per share on an annual basis.
