We Are Implementing Changes To Further Support The NHS
Here at Marsden, we are committed to adapting our business to further support the NHS, which is currently under pressure due to high patient demand, budget constraints and staffing challenges. We have sought to implement a range of changes which would be impactful to all our customers within the healthcare sector. After conducting in-depth discussions with our key contacts within the NHS, we generated a list of important improvements and we have been busy setting them in motion.
NEW 8 YEAR WARRANTY.
For a number of years, we have been offering a generous 4 year warranty on all of our NAWI Class III Approved medical weighing devices. We trust that you find the quality of the products that you purchase from us to be exceptionally high, and we take pride in our high level of craftsmanship, manufacturing quality and accuracy.
To back up the confidence that we have in our products, we are thrilled to announce that we are increasing our standard warranty on all medical weighing scales to 8 years.
No catches with products being excluded. No Marsden service contract required. Every NAWI Class III Approved medical product in our range now comes with 8 year warranty as standard.
NO INITIAL VERIFICATION FEE.
When you purchase new medical weighing devices from us at Marsden, you will not pay an initial verification fee. The price you are quoted or see on the website is the price that you will pay for our items. We have no hidden fees or additional costs. All of our medical weighing scales are shipped directly from our factory in Yorkshire where they are calibrated, verified and accuracy checked prior to despatch at no additional cost.
TRUST DISCOUNT ON ALL MEDICAL ITEMS.
On a trust-by-trust basis, we allocate specific trust discounts. We are now happy to announce that our NHS Trust discount structure will include some of our newer and innovative weighing solutions, such as the M-999 Patient Transfer Scale, M-615 Portable Wheelchair Scale and the M-250 Stand Assist Chair Scale.
FREE CARRIAGE FOR SERVICE CONTRACT CUSTOMERS
If you are an NHS service contract customer, you can now benefit from free carriage on all orders. Trusts which do not currently hold a Marsden service contract will receive free of charge carriage on orders over £250+VAT for a limited time only.
This covers all NAWI Class III Approved medical scales which are delivered to your Trust, including some larger palletised goods which normally generate a higher shipping rate. Irrespective of product, we will deliver to one location free of charge.
PRICE REDUCTIONS ON BEST-SELLING LINES
We are thrilled to announce that for a limited time only we are offering money off some of our best-selling items. On the M-420, M-225 and M-650 we are reducing the price by 5%. On the M-425 we are reducing the price by 10% and the M-430 will be reduced by 15%. These newly reduced product lines will be amended on the website and live quotes will be updated and reissued accordingly.
We are committed to our plan to support the NHS, and this is the first step in the process. We look forward to announcing the next stage of our planned changes in the New Year.
