Firstly: What is stainless steel?
Stainless steel is a steel alloy which consists of iron, chromium, nickel, manganese and copper. Known for being hard wearing and resistant to corrosion and oxidation stainless steel has found multiple uses within many environments, including industrial applications and food processing. This is the most widely used austenite steel - and the most widely recognised in the food industry.
