How can you take your temperature at home?
This Medical Devices Directive (MDD) Approved digital infrared thermometer makes checking a person's temperature easy. Check for signs of virus in seconds: Simply point the non contact thermometer at the person who's temperature you wish to take, and press the button on the handle
Where is the best place to take a temperature?
For best results, we recommend pointing this no contact thermometer at the forehead of the person who's temperature you wish to take.

What is the benefit of a 3-in-1 thermometer?
This 3-in-1 thermometer allows you to measure ear temperature, forehead temperature or the temperature of an object with one device. Point the infrared sensor at the forehead for a non-contact temperature reading, or remove the cap and measure tympanic (ear) temperature. Temperature can be measured in ºC or ºF, and takes just one second to appear on the digital display.
What is a tympanic thermometer?
A tympanic thermometer is a thermometer that measures the temperature of the tympanic membrane. The hypothalamus, a small area of the brain, regulates body temperature and it shares the same blood supply as the tympanic membrane. Therefore, core body temperature may be measured faster and more accurately in the tympanic membrane than other areas of the body.
What are infrared thermometers for?
Infrared thermometers are used to measure temperature from a distance, meaning temperature can be taken with no contact. In forehead mode, this thermometer measures temperature from a distance of 1cm.
Why should I choose this ear and forehead thermometer?
The UFR102 is Medical Devices Directive (MDD) Approved, so you can be assured of reliability and high accuracy with every reading. 20 measurement sets can be stored in its memory for reference, with readings as accurate as ± 0.2ºC.

What is the benefit of a wall mounted thermometer?
An automatic thermometer allows you to easily and instantly check the temperatures of employees, customers or patients at entrance points to your building. Simply affix the T-210 to a wall, or order the optional stand, and begin screening temperatures.
The T-210 is MDD Approved, meaning dependable accuracy when measuring temperature - peace of mind for you. MDD Approved thermometers can also be used for medical purposes in a medical setting.
How does an automatic thermometer work?
The T-210 uses motion sensors and infrared technology to measure temperature instantly. Simply stand in front of the device (within 1cm - 10cm), and within one second your temperature will display. The reading will display on the large, clear LED display; if it's a healthy temperature, a green light will display accompanied by a single beep. If temperature is high, a red light will display and the device will beep continuously.
Where prolonged use is expected, power the T-210 from the mains using the 3 metre USB Type C lead, provided. The rechargeable battery can then be used as back-up power.
An optional stand is available for extra flexibility or if a suitable wall surface is not available for mounting the thermometer.
How accurate is this thermometer?
The MDD Approved T-210 provides a highly accurate temperature reading within 0.2ºC. All readings appear clearly on the display, and with a fully charged battery, the T-210 will last for upto 300 measurements. A Type-C USB cable is provided for charging.

What is a pulse oximeter?
A pulse oximeter is a small device for monitoring pulse rate and the amount of oxygen carried in the body. An oximeter attaches to the end of your finger and, using light waves through the tip of your finger, measures your pulse rate and the amount of oxygen in your system.
Can a pulse oximeter detect COVID19 symptoms?
Those with coronavirus frequently arrive at hospital with low oxygen levels. Therefore, using a pulse oximeter could detect low blood oxygen and therefore a sign of coronavirus. A normal pulse oximeter oxygen level reading is between 95% and 100%; anything below 90% is dangerously low.
How does the Marsden O-100 Pulse Oximeter work?
To use the Marsden O-100, simply clip the device onto the end of your finger. Within seconds the OLED display will show your blood oxygen and pulse rate readings clearly. As it detects heartbeat, the device will beep, and the display will notify you if your readings are normal. When low oxygen level or abnormal heartbeat is detected, the device will give a visual and audible alert.
The O-100 is also splashproof and drop resistant, and can store upto 12 measurement sets.

Why do I need to wear a face mask?
Face masks help to reduce transmission of COVID-19 by people who may not realise they have it yet. Around the world, and now in the UK too, governments are advising that face masks should be worn in public.
What are the benefits of this face mask?
This non-woven fabric face mask has a three-layer structure for effective filtration, helping to prevent bacteria/microorganisms and PM2.5 air pollution from reaching the airways. The elastic ear ropes are designed for comfort, and an adjustable ridge clip provides better airtightness.
The face masks are recommended to help reduce COVID-19 transmission, as per UK Government recommendations, in public, enclosed spaces and public transport. Businesses may also wish to issue face masks to employees where social distancing may not be possible.
What is the correct way to wear a face mask?
Unfold the mask with the blue side facing outwards. Fix the ear hanging rope around the ears. Adjust the ridge clip, making sure the mask is fitted to your face tightly. Ensure the nose, mouth and jaw are all adequately covered.
