All items will be despatched within 24 hours of receiving an order, however this can vary subject to stock availability. Estimated delivery dates are quoted in good faith but shall not be binding. Bespoke scales will take longer.

Next day delivery: Our UK next day delivery service is only available on orders placed before 1pm in Mainland UK Monday-Friday. Orders placed after 1pm will be despatched the next working day.

All products carry a warranty from date of despatch for all faults due to material or construction.
The warranty period for professional Class III Approved Marsden medical scales is 4 years (applicable to all Class III Approved medical scales purchased after 01/01/2018) and for industrial scales, veterinary scales and all other products it is 1 year. Any faults under this warranty are repaired free of charge.
Please note that all moveable parts – batteries, cables, mains units, rechargeable batteries, etc. are excluded.
In the unlikely event that your item is delivered damaged or in non-working condition we will arrange an exchange free of charge.

If for any reason you wish to return a product that is in perfect working order, please return it within 7 days from the despatch date.
We will refund the cost of scale as long as the item is unopened and unused and it is in the original packaging, which must not be damaged. Please note that the customer must cover the return costs.
